Standard processing time is 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.

Orders containing temperature-sensitive or perishable items may require additional preparation to ensure proper packaging integrity.

Shipping Restrictions

We do not ship internationally.

We do not ship to any U.S. states or jurisdictions where our products are not legally permitted. If an order is placed from a restricted location, it will be canceled and refunded, minus applicable processing fees.

Transit & Delivery Expectations

Carrier-provided delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees.

Naturally Nurtured is not responsible for carrier delays, including those caused by weather, carrier volume, mechanical issues, or staffing constraints.

Liability transfers to the customer once the order is handed off to the shipping carrier.

Heat-Sensitive & Perishable Product Considerations

Many of our natural wellness products can be impacted by heat exposure, freezing temperatures, or extended transit times.

We may utilize insulated packaging or ice packs during warm-weather months, but temperature stability cannot be guaranteed once the package is in transit.

Customers are responsible for retrieving delivered packages promptly to avoid product degradation.

Naturally Nurtured does not provide refunds, replacements, or credits for damage caused by environmental conditions after carrier possession.

Incorrect Addresses & Delivery Issues

Customers must provide accurate and complete shipping information at the time of purchase.

We are not liable for packages that are lost, delayed, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Returned packages caused by address errors will require payment of reshipment fees.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

When a package is marked “Delivered” by the carrier, responsibility transfers to the customer.

We do not reimburse for stolen packages; customers must file a claim directly with the carrier.

Damaged items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery, including photos of the product and packaging, to determine eligibility for review.

Regulatory & Legal Compliance

Products are shipped only to states that legally allow the sale and shipment of the specific wellness products offered by Naturally Nurtured.

If an order cannot be fulfilled due to state restrictions or regulatory requirements, the order will be canceled and refunded, less processing fees.
